Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy or use a product from VelmoFX (velmofx.com). By buying a product you agree to them. They do not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
1. Who we are
VelmoFX (Velmo FX) is an independent creator of tools for Adobe After Effects, based in Muscat, Oman. Contact: workwithvenmo@gmail.com or @venmofx.contact on Instagram.
2. Products and checkout
Our products are digital downloads (After Effects extensions and related files). Orders, payments, taxes (such as VAT where it applies) and file delivery are handled by our checkout provider Payhip, with payment through providers such as PayPal. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. After payment you receive a download link by email.
3. Prices and offers
Prices are shown in US dollars. When an offer has a countdown, the offer really ends when the timer reaches zero, and the normal price applies after that. Discount codes can only be used once per order and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Your license
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on your own computers for personal and commercial video work. You may use everything you create with it (videos, animations, client projects) freely, including commercially.
You may not: share, resell, give away, upload or otherwise distribute the product files or download links; sell or share license or download access; or present the product, or a modified copy of it, as your own product. One purchase covers one person. If a team needs it, each user needs their own copy.
5. Updates and support
Updates for a product you bought are free. Support is given by email or Instagram on a best-effort basis. Products need a supported version of Adobe After Effects as stated on the product page; Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc., and VelmoFX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.
6. Refund policy
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase:
- It doesn't work for you? If a product does not work on your system as described and we cannot fix it, you can get a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
- Bought it twice by mistake? Contact us and we refund the duplicate order.
- Your statutory rights: if the law of your country gives you further rights (for example a right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK before you start downloading), those rights are not affected.
To ask for a refund, email workwithvenmo@gmail.com with your order email and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are paid back through Payhip to your original payment method. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute, so we can help you faster.
7. Liability
We build our products carefully, but they are provided "as is". Please save your projects and keep backups. To the extent the law allows, VelmoFX is not liable for indirect damages such as lost work, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version shown on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in.
